The Business Account with Prospa Rewards switched on lets you earn points on business spend you’re already making, without changing how you pay your bills. It’s a simple way to turn everyday payments into flights, upgrades and more — without needing a high‑interest or high‑fee credit card or a third‑party processing platform.
The Prospa Business Account is a free transaction account for managing your everyday cash flow. When you switch on Prospa Rrewards, you can earn Prospa Reward Points on BPAY payments, bank transfers and Visa debit card payments.
You can apply online in minutes. Once your Business Account is open, you can switch on Prospa Rewards in the Prospa App and start earning Prospa Reward Points on your everyday business payments. Fees apply.
Switch on Prospa Rewards to earn 1 Prospa Reward Point for every $1 paid on BPAY payments, bank transfers and Prospa Visa Business Debit Card payments made from your Business Account.
You can convert Prospa Reward Points to Qantas Points at a rate of 2 Prospa Reward Points to 1 Qantas Point to use for business flights, upgrades and more. You can link your existing Qantas Business Rewards membership, or sign up for free in the Prospa App. You can also redeem Prospa Reward Points for Gift cards from a range of popular brands (coming soon).
There’s no monthly account fee for the Business Account. A 1% fee + GST applies and is charged separately per transaction while Prospa Rewards are switched on. The Rewards fee will be direct debited from your Business Account. Before you make a BPAY, or Bank transfer payment, you’ll see:

- the Rewards fee (1% + GST)

Yes. You’ll always have the option to switch rewards on or off before you confirm a BPAY payment or bank transfer in the app. You can also choose not to earn rewards on Visa Business Debit Card payments separately. If rewards are turned off, you won’t earn points and the rewards fee won’t apply.

Application: These Rewards Earning Terms set out the terms and earning mechanics that apply to the earning of Prospa Reward Points in connection with eligible transactions using a Prospa Visa Business Debit Card, BPAY and Pay Anyone. These Rewards Earning Terms form part of, and operate in conjunction with, the Prospa Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (available at Important documents | Prospa). By participating in any applicable earning activity, you agree to be bound by these Rewards Earning Terms and the Prospa Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.

Offer Period: These Rewards Earning Terms apply from 09/06/2026 and remain in effect until varied, suspended or withdrawn by Prospa in accordance with the Prospa Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.

Eligible Transactions: You may earn Prospa Reward Points in respect of qualifying transactions set out below (each an “Eligible Transaction”), subject to the Prospa Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.
(a) Prospa Visa Business Debit Card: Successfully initiate and complete a purchase transaction using your Prospa Visa Business Debit Card (including via Apple Pay or Google Pay).
(b) BPAY Payments: Successfully initiate and complete a BPAY payment from your Prospa Business Account.
(c) Pay Anyone Transfers: Successfully initiate and complete a Pay Anyone transfer (via BSB and account number) from your Prospa Business Account.
Any transaction or activity that is reversed, refunded, disputed, charged back, voided, unsuccessful, or otherwise excluded under the Prospa Rewards Program Terms and Conditions is not an Eligible Transaction.

Earn Rate:Prospa Reward Points are earned at a rate of 1 point per AUD $1 of Eligible Transaction value across all Eligible Transactions listed below. Points are calculated on the whole dollar amount of each Eligible Transaction, with any cents disregarded. Points are not earned on GST, taxes, fees or charges.Prospa Reward Points are earned only where the applicable rewards fee for the relevant Eligible Transaction has been successfully charged and settled.
(a) Prospa Visa Business Debit Card (including via Apple Pay or Google Pay): 1 Prospa Reward Point per AUD $1.00 spent
(b) BPAY Payments: 1 Prospa Reward Point per AUD $1.00 spent
(c) Pay Anyone Transfers: 1 Prospa Reward Point per AUD $1.00 spent

Timing of Allocation: Prospa Reward Points are allocated once the applicable rewards fee for the relevant Eligible Transaction has been successfully charged and settled. If the rewards fee is not successfully charged or settled for any reason (including insufficient funds, failed payment or reversal), no Prospa Reward Points will be allocated in respect of that transaction.

Changes: Prospa may vary, suspend or withdraw these Rewards Earning Terms, including any Eligible Transactions, in accordance with the Prospa Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.
