    Rewards Earning Terms (Pay by Card)

    Application

    These Rewards Earning Terms set out the terms and earning mechanics that apply to the earning of Prospa Reward Points in connection with payments made using the Pay by Card feature.

    These Rewards Earning Terms form part of, and operate in conjunction with, the Prospa Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (available at https://www.prospa.com/important-documents#rewards). By participating in the applicable earning activity, you agree to be bound by these Rewards Earning Terms and the Prospa Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.

    Duration

    These Rewards Earning Terms apply from 14/04/2026 unless and until withdrawn or varied by Prospa in accordance with the Prospa Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.

    Eligible Transactions

    You may earn Prospa Rewards Points only in respect of a payment action initiated and completed by you using the Pay by Card feature (“Eligible Transaction”), in accordance with the Prospa Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.

    Any transaction or activity that is reversed, refunded, disputed, charged back, voided, unsuccessful, or otherwise excluded under the Prospa Rewards Program Terms and Conditions is not an Eligible Transaction, and any Prospa Rewards Points credited in respect of such a transaction may be adjusted in accordance with those terms.

    Earn rate

    Unless otherwise stated, Prospa Rewards Points are earned at a rate of 1 Prospa Rewards Point per $1 of the settled bill amount, excluding GST, taxes, fees and charges. Points are calculated in whole numbers only.

    Timing of earning

    Prospa Rewards Points are earned only once the relevant Eligible Transaction has successfully settled. Points may be recorded as pending prior to becoming available and are not redeemable while pending. It may take up to thirty (30) days for Points to become available.

    Fees

    Prospa may charge a fee for enabling the Rewards feature. By continuing to earn Rewards for an Eligible Transaction, you authorise Prospa to add the fee to the value of the Eligible Transaction. The fees payable to Prospa for Rewards are separate to the fees charged by Live Payments for making payments using the Pay by Card feature.

    Caps and limits

    Prospa may apply caps or limits to the earning of Prospa Rewards Points in respect of Eligible Transactions, including per transaction or per account limits, as communicated to you from time to time.

    Changes

    Prospa may vary, suspend or withdraw these Rewards Earning Terms, including Eligible Transactions, in accordance with the Prospa Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.

    Rewards Earning Terms (Pay by Card – Welcome Offer)

    Application

    These Rewards Earning Terms set out the terms and earning mechanics that apply to the earning of Prospa Reward Points in connection with payments made using the Pay by Card feature, including the Pay by Card welcome offer (“Welcome Offer”).

    These Rewards Earning Terms form part of, and operate in conjunction with, the Prospa Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (available at https://www.prospa.com/important-documents#rewards). By participating in the applicable earning activity, you agree to be bound by these Rewards Earning Terms and the Prospa Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.

    Welcome Offer

    Eligible customers who are new Pay by Card sign‑ups may earn a one‑time bonus of 20,000 Prospa Reward Points if they spend $5,000 or more (excluding GST, taxes, fees and charges) on Eligible Transactions within 14 days from the date their Pay by Card account becomes active (“Welcome Offer”).

    The Welcome Offer is available once per customer only and applies only to customers who activate Pay by Card on or before 30 June 2026.

    The Welcome Offer is in addition to the standard Prospa Reward Points earned on Eligible Transactions in accordance with the Earn Rate below.

    Duration

    The Welcome Offer applies for the eligible customer’s first 14 days from the date their Pay by Card account becomes active, unless withdrawn or varied earlier by Prospa in accordance with the Prospa Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.

    These Rewards Earning Terms apply from 14/04/2026 unless and until withdrawn or varied by Prospa in accordance with the Prospa Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.

    Eligible Transactions

    You may earn Prospa Reward Points (including towards the Welcome Offer) only in respect of a payment action initiated and completed by you using the Pay by Card feature (“Eligible Transaction”), in accordance with the Prospa Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.

    Any transaction or activity that is reversed, refunded, disputed, charged back, voided, unsuccessful, or otherwise excluded under the Prospa Rewards Program Terms and Conditions is not an Eligible Transaction. Any Prospa Reward Points credited in respect of such a transaction (including Welcome Offer points) may be adjusted in accordance with those terms.

    Spend Requirement (Welcome Offer)

    Only the settled bill amount of Eligible Transactions, excluding GST, taxes, fees and charges, counts towards the $5,000 spend requirement. Spend is calculated in Australian dollars and in whole numbers only.

    Earn Rate

    Unless otherwise stated, Prospa Reward Points are earned at a rate of 1 Prospa Reward Point per $1 of the settled bill amount, excluding GST, taxes, fees and charges. Points are calculated in whole numbers only.

    Timing of Earning

    Standard Prospa Reward Points are earned only once the relevant Eligible Transaction has successfully settled. Points may be recorded as pending prior to becoming available and are not redeemable while pending.

    Welcome Offer bonus points will be allocated within five (5) business days after the customer meets the eligibility criteria, including satisfaction of the minimum spend requirement and settlement of all relevant Eligible Transactions.

    Fees

    Prospa may charge a fee for enabling the Rewards feature. By continuing to earn Rewards for an Eligible Transaction, you authorise Prospa to add the fee to the value of the Eligible Transaction.
