As our business continues to grow, we needed a space that better supports how we work today, bringing our people together, encouraging collaboration and creating an environment where teams can do their best work.
While our address has changed, what hasn’t is our focus on building a workplace where our people can connect, collaborate and continue delivering for the small businesses we support every day.

Our move to 55 Market Street was designed to support exactly that. The new space makes it easier for teams to connect, collaborate and work across disciplines, helping us solve problems faster, share ideas more freely and keep building momentum together.

This move was a deliberate, staged transition to keep momentum up while we set up our next chapter.
This change was the result of a deliberate, phased approach that enabled Prospa to continue supporting customers while investing in the business’s future. As our business evolved, we recognised the need for a workspace that reflected these priorities. Market Street represents the next chapter and is a thoughtful step forward to foster connection, momentum, and enduring growth. The process began in early 2025 as we evaluated our needs.
Why collaboration matters
This move was not purely about acquiring more space. It concerned creating an environment that supports more effective collaboration. This helps teams move faster, make better decisions, and solve complex problems together. Some work is best accomplished in person. The new Market Street office, located over Levels 15 & 16, enables our teams to connect quickly, collaborate in real time, and build on ideas, all of which remain essential to Prospa’s continued growth.
