As a Business Lending Specialist, you’ll help small business owners access the funding they need to achieve their goals. You’ll build trusted relationships, understand each customer’s unique needs and recommend tailored lending solutions that make a real difference to their business. You’ll manage a pipeline of opportunities, guide customers through the funding journey and play a key role in converting opportunities into long-term Prospa customers.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Build trusted relationships with small business owners and recommend lending solutions that meet their needs.
- Manage and progress a pipeline of inbound and outbound opportunities, converting qualified leads into new Prospa customers.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while confidently handling objections and guiding customers through the sales process.
- Consistently achieve sales targets while maintaining accurate records and compliance standards.
