What you will be doing
- Use dynamic and creative sourcing strategies that deliver strong results and ensure we’re engage diverse, high caliber talent
- Own and champion the hiring process across key business areas
- Build meaningful relationships with your hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their teams hiring needs via a data first approach
- Deliver exception candidate experiences, and continue to identify opportunities to improve the candidate journey
- Recommend ideas and strategies related that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company
- Be a Culture Ambassador to Prospa

What you’ll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced recruitment role ideally within an Engineering/ Technology environment
- A data driven approach to hiring – you use market insights and data to drive hiring decisions
- You’re a multi-tasker and comfortable juggling a range of priorities to deliver quality results
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills
- A passion for providing phenomenal people experiences
