Senior Product Manager – Digital Identity Services

The role

You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to enable Digital Customer onboarding via Digital Identity Verification balancing a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience, meeting our regulatory obligations and ensuring we keep non-lending losses to a minimum.

You will own the performance of our Digital Identity Services & will lead product development, innovation and achievement of our strategic enablement. You will connect the dots between customer/business problems and technology-based solutions – working with a dynamic, cross functional team and key solution partners.

What you will be doing

  • Baseline, benchmark, own your KPI’s and constantly monitor all things Digital Identity – from customer conversion rates to non-lending losses
  • Own the domain expertise for electronic ID verification, fraud prevention and AML regulatory compliance obligations
  • Partner with key stakeholders especially Risk, Compliance, AML & Cyber Security teams with a focus on improving key performance metrics
  • Manage the relationships with key solution partners, fostering a win-win approach to all dealings
  • Stay ahead of the game identifying new technology, key trends and build a roadmap for ongoing optimisation and step increase in performance enhancement
  • Develop our product roadmap and discover, scope, build, test and iterate new features throughout our Digital experiences supporting our direct and partner-based experiences
  • Leverage key data sets to drive customer-driven decisions, and efficient execution in the face of ambiguity and complexity

 What you’ll need to succeed

  • Extensive experience in Digital ID Services & Digital Product Management
  • Experience working with agile methodologies
  • Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Familiarity with web and mobile technologies
  • Familiarity with cloud architecture
  • You’re pragmatic and bring a combination of technical hands-on experience and product management best practice
  • You thrive working in a fast paced, collaborative environment
