People and Culture Coordinator

The role

Join our close-knit team and play a pivotal role in supporting the entire employee lifecycle through the seamless coordination and management of People processes and programs. You have an eye for detail, strong organisational skills, a proactive approach and a desire for a career pathway in the People & Culture space.

What you will be doing

  • Supporting Prosparians with everyday P&C queries
  • Supporting the People Operations Lead with ER cases, people documentation, and management of the People Inbox
  • Owning the onboarding and offboarding process for all Prosparians
  • System administration of our People systems including our HRIS and Engagement Platform
  • Coordinating people benefit programs and collaborating with Prospa stakeholders and external vendors to ensure a seamless delivery of benefits
  • Managing all WHS activities across Prospa
  • Staying informed about relevant employment legislation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and Prospa people policies

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Previous experience working within the P&C space, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • An understanding of people principles and processes (incl. AU and NZ employment law and compliance) is highly advantageous
  • A strong understanding and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you’re working with people after all
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to plan, organise and set priorities
  • You’re proactive and solution oriented
