Our company is growing rapidly and we require an experienced technology focused recruitment professional who knows the candidate market in software engineering and development to help us achieve our growth plans. This is a contract role that is likely to run between 6 and 12 months but could also lead to a permanent position.
We use Greenhouse ATS and therefore knowledge of that would be great, but any other cloud ATS is fine. You’ll be involved in the full end to end process from using varied and innovative sourcing methods (meetups, Githhub, Stack Overflow etc) to negotiating offers and setting up on-boarding plans. You’ll be the trusted advisor to our CTO, VP Engineering and hiring leads with regards pipeline, role scoping and market intelligence. We work with a small number of specialist recruitment agencies so you will need great partner relationship skills too.
Here's what you'll need to succeed:
- A few years end to end recruitment experience in the Australian market
- Solid knowledge of the software development and product landscape and candidate market (preferably .Net but not essential). We are cloud born, so no dodgy legacy challenges to recruit for!
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A passion for providing great candidate experience
