The Role:

As the Internal Marketing Lead, you are responsible for creating and coordinating unique marketing strategies and campaigns for our growing team. You will identify market opportunities, design engagement programs and craft thoughtful internal communications for our team.

You are a great listener and have an ability to translate feedback into real solutions that add value fast. Setting the employee experience strategy and seeing it through to delivery, you’ll work closely with leaders to connect the dots for our people and help them feel sense of purpose. As we grow, there is an opportunity to evolve the function to be global, establishing modified experiences to ensure employees across our locations have what they need to be at their best.

This role requires a highly visible and influential leader that inspires those around them and is excited by a challenge and a chance to bring a creative edge and a progressive approach to the table.  

 What you will do:

  • You will plan, develop and organise engagement campaigns through purposeful experiences and activities throughout the year to support our team in their sales objectives.
  • Evolve our communications architecture and create clean, polished communication plans to the business.
  • You will analyse our employee engagement feedback data for patterns and preferences.
  • You will interpret and predict current and future employee engagement trends.
  • You will support our business growth and development though the preparation and execution of internal marketing objectives, policies and engagement programs.
  • Partner with the leadership team around launch experiences, business operational changes, and change management support and communications.
  • Evolve our communications architecture and create clean, polished communication plans to the business.
  • You will undertake market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing engagement programs.
  • Look after events function and seasonal engagements programs, leading the Employee Experience Coordinator.

Your experience and skills:

  •  Communication
  • Leadership
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Communications/ Human Resources (Desirable)
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Marketing or HR professional
