The role

Reporting to the CMO you will be responsible for driving direct acquisition of new customers through all paid performance digital channels.  You will be continually improving performance of digital acquisition channels including designing the roadmap, scoping technology and capability requirements.  Your success will be measured on monthly performance KPIs across the funnel with the focus on achieving long term success through delivering quality high leads and high lifetime value customers.

Key responsibilities include

  • Lead a team of digital performance specialists, whilst working collaboratively with agency partners and cross-functional team of product, analytics and technical specialists to achieve business outcomes
  • Diversify digital marketing mix by identifying and testing new channels
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to marketing, executives and other internal teams
  • Deliver consist growth and performance improvements from digital acquisition channels
  • Improve brand awareness and favorability of the Prospa brand through online marketing activities. Formulate plan to understand and track long term customer journey – Awareness >> Need >> Transaction >> Repeat Loan
  • Recommend and test methods to understand the impact of offline channels on online marketing and impact of digital marketing on other channels
