The role

You will provide exceptional experiences for our customers as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries. You’ll provide information, problem solve and work with key internal teams to support our customers.

What you will be doing

  • Answering a high volume of inbound customer calls (50+ a day), and providing support or a resolution on a range of requests
  • Building rapport with customers over the phone  
  • Prioritising customer requests and delegating to the appropriate internal team members when appropriate (e.g. commercial requests, IT tickets, payment concerns, etc.)
  • Building strong relationships with Customer teams to ensure swift outcomes for our customers.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment (ideally phone based)
  • You’ll live and breathe our value of being “customer obsessed”
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Organisational skills and an ability to effectively prioritise tasks
  • An ability to maintain composure and communicate confidently  
  • A solution oriented mindset
