The role

As the Account Executive,  you will be apart of the National Sales Team who is responsible for building and engaging the partner network to drive revenue opportunities for our sales team. This role will be servicing our key strategic partners, you’ll provide a high degree of internal and external stakeholder management to ensure a seamless process for our partners.


What you will be doing

  • Delivering a seamless experience for partners and clearly understand their requirements
  • Reading customer financial statements
  • Understanding Prospa’s internal credit policy and use this in decision-making and guidance provision, whilst maintaining confidentiality of key credit policy components
  • Providing appropriate pipeline management by liaising with internal sales leaders
  • Having quality conversations with partners to drive engagement and education, increasing Prospa’s value proposition in the market
  • Regular reporting to internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Maintaining accurate information in the SalesForce CRM

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Demonstrated success within a Phone-based sales role – B2B sales is highly desirable 
  • Experience in  Commercial finance sales is advantageous
  • Be adaptable with your communication and have a high attention to detail
  • Strong stakeholder management experience (internal & external)
  • High attention to detail, process-driven, methodical and self-organised
  • Possesses a passion for problem solving on behalf of our partners
